Engineer, founder, author, and a lifelong learner.
I'm Anna Kovalova, Co-Founder and CEO of Anbosoft, a software QA and testing company based in Irvine, California. My work focuses on software quality, manual and automated testing, QA process improvement, and the practical use of AI in software testing.
I also work with LLM and AI agent evaluation, exploring how teams can test non-deterministic systems, measure quality, and build more reliable AI-powered products. I created the QA Audit Method, a traceable, AI-assisted approach for evaluating how teams test and release software while keeping human judgment at the center of the process.
I share my experience through articles, books, research papers, speaking engagements, and community events. I lead the BrowserStack QA Meetup in Los Angeles and participate in the WomenTech Network community in Orange County. I also serve as a judge for technology awards, hackathons, and industry programs.
I lead company strategy, operations, and growth, build and mentor QA teams, and help clients improve how they test and release software. My work spans AI-assisted automation, QA strategy, AI output validation, and blended human and AI workflows for web, mobile, API, SaaS, and AI-driven products.
Led QA for Tetrisoft, a project cost management platform. Developed test strategy and coverage, performed manual and automated testing, assessed product risks, and supported interviewing, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
Tested web and hybrid mobile applications for the Ricardo.ch e-commerce platform, established QA processes, and developed test plans, strategies, and cases.
Tested Viive, Henry Schein’s dental practice management software for Mac. Covered functional, usability, GUI, regression, and end-to-end testing, with automation using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
Led a team of four QA engineers for the CitizenHawk brand protection platform. Worked across web, mobile, API, and automated testing using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman.
Led four QA engineers testing Quorum, a banking accounting system. Created test plans, tested desktop applications and APIs, and worked with Oracle PL/SQL and SoapUI.
